NOVEMBER - what's in store??

CRAP! Time flies. It's absurd that we are literally a stone throw away from 2009.

Apocalypse now! Mind over matter next battle be tical. - that's wutang.

So, I haven't formally told anyone, didn't think it would matter, but I figure you guys should know why S+F is playing one or two shows less each month. It's because I (Monica) have agreed to act in Kiran Rao's directorial debut...yes, a film...a great script...and it's fun to act again. S+F is still taking on as many gigs as possible and we're heavily into working on our 3rd album. None of this means that anything has changed...It's just new and exciting things are in the works.

WE'RE GOING TO AMSTERDAM THIS MONTH! Our Amsterfriends tell us that Melkweg (where we are playing) is one of the all time BEST venues in all of the Netherlands. So, we are super stoked to play
